As always there was fantastic service. Dr. Sursley was wonderful and so is all the staff. Highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Pam took the extra time to grind down the top of a crown that another dentist had applied that was too high and was causing an annoying soreness for years. I am so happy to finally have this corrected. All the staff are highly skilled, friendly and efficient. I definately recommend Totem Lake Smiles.

I really appreciated the thorough cleaning given my teeth by Anne. I also am grateful for her making every attempt to keep me pain-free. She gave me clear and concise directions on what to do for the next months until my next appointment. There were several things I will be working on but I should have written them down so I can keep them all straight. Thank you, Anne.
Rachel was her usual, very professional and thorough in my cleaning, giving me new instructions about flossing and brushing. Thank you, Sorry Dr. Sursely was out with a sore throat. Hope it wasn't the COVID! AAAAAAH!
