When calling you are left on hold for at least an hour, but patient care is really good every time. Whenever someone picks up the phone to make an appointment.
Wonderful staff. Everyone is polite and caring. Only issue is just don’t leave a message for the nurse, or anyone to call you back. Been waiting a week now.
Dr. Christy Massey and staff are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule, has text option for non-emergent questions or for refills. Attached to a pharmacy, which is quite convenient. They actually get to know you instead of looking at you as a number or dollar signs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere.
