Dr. Christy Massey and staff are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule, has text option for non-emergent questions or for refills. Attached to a pharmacy, which is quite convenient. They actually get to know you instead of looking at you as a number or dollar signs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere.
Nov. 3, 2025 This is the clinic in New Hope. First of all, I waited on hold for almost an hour. I needed to change appointments, so I waited. When someone finally answered the phone, I explained to them what I needed and she immediately says, "Oh she's booked for this morning." There are 3 nurse practitioners working there and she never asked who I was seeing. So I said, "Dr. Massey is booked?" She said, "Yeah." We love our New Hope clinic. Christy Massey is always going above and beyond her call of duty. She has save my life with her passion to help me be better in my health. The front staff is always friendly and helpful.
