Wonderful staff. Everyone is polite and caring. Only issue is just don’t leave a message for the nurse, or anyone to call you back. Been waiting a week now.
Dr. Christy Massey and staff are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule, has text option for non-emergent questions or for refills. Attached to a pharmacy, which is quite convenient. They actually get to know you instead of looking at you as a number or dollar signs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere.
Nov. 3, 2025 This is the clinic in New Hope. First of all, I waited on hold for almost an hour. I needed to change appointments, so I waited. When someone finally answered the phone, I explained to them what I needed and she immediately says, "Oh she's booked for this morning." There are 3 nurse practitioners working there and she never asked who I was seeing. So I said, "Dr. Massey is booked?" She said, "Yeah."
