Nov. 3, 2025 This is the clinic in New Hope. First of all, I waited on hold for almost an hour. I needed to change appointments, so I waited. When someone finally answered the phone, I explained to them what I needed and she immediately says, "Oh she's booked for this morning." There are 3 nurse practitioners working there and she never asked who I was seeing. So I said, "Dr. Massey is booked?" She said, "Yeah." We love our New Hope clinic. Christy Massey is always going above and beyond her call of duty. She has save my life with her passion to help me be better in my health. The front staff is always friendly and helpful.

My blood pressure monitor was not functioning properly. I went to the clinic just to get my pressure checked and the young lady told me that they didn't have any more appointments and for me to come back tomorrow. Hell, tomorrow, I could have been dead. I will never go back to any Allegro Clinic. I am glad Dr. Stanback left this clinic. Not caring and unprofessional is what I experienced.
