Worst tenant experience of my life: paid literally $80,000 to this corrupt apartment complex and they sent a $300 bill to collections. Moved here June 2019 and moved out September 2024. Rent started at $1000/month and increased $100/month every year including a mandatory $25 trash valet introduced my second year there ON TOP of the mandatory utilities totaling over $100/month for water/ sewer/ trash/ cam charges (no idea); this does not include the separate electricity or gas bills. I just moved into a 2-bedroom apartment at Allegro at Tanoan, and Michael was excellent in helping to make the move-in smooth and successful! We just moved into our new apartment and everything has been great so far! The move-in process was super smooth and way less stressful than we expected, which we really appreciated. I would strongly advise against living at Allegro at Tanoan. From start to finish, my experience was frustrating due to poor management, lack of maintenance, and overall neglect of the property. Management is rude and unresponsive. When my payment amount was incorrectly calculated, I called multiple times to resolve the issue, but they never answered or returned my messages.
