At the very first visit that I took at Allegro at Tanoan apartments I was very impressed with the lobby and the staff. No matter how busy the staff is Joanna or Maria they Stop what you’re doing and tend to folks coming in. I have had them help me numerous times and they are always so pleasant and professional. I love living here and I highly recommend these apartments. It’s not just how beautiful the apartments are. It’s how they are managed and I can say that this apartment complex is very well managed!
We stayed here for a year and finished our lease and I also got my deposit check exactly what it was supposed to be. Let me be 100% clear, you are how you treat your people. We had some issues in the beginning and Joanna went completely out of her way and sent maintaince over. She also got a cleaning lady to clean the house again in certain areas as it wasn't up to my wife's luxury standards and they delivered. They give ur apartment the landlord special and they charge u for everything!!! They give you one day to document damages already in the apartment. We were out of town and couldn’t do it so now “we are responsible for damages”. We used to live in luxury apartments and wanted to have a cheap rent and we ended up paying more here than for a LUXURY APARTMENT. It’s insane .. And good LUCK finding parking. DO NOT MOVE HERE They advertised it here as a gated complex but about half of the complex is not fenced, the main gate is always broken, and vehicle break-ins happen here. The apartment complex is poorly managed, their staff is rude, and difficult to work with. The property manager acts like everything we do/ask for is an inconvenience and they do not fulfill their promises, and when they do, it is poorly executed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this property management s. After moving out, I received a charge of $421.41 for alleged damages that I am not responsible for. Before moving out, I clearly documented the condition of the apartment and provided photos showing that these issues were already present when I moved in. I have before move-in and after move-out pictures. I have emailed them multiple times explaining this and sharing the evidence, but my concerns have been ignored.
