DO NOT MOVE HERE They advertised it here as a gated complex but about half of the complex is not fenced, the main gate is always broken, and vehicle break-ins happen here. The apartment complex is poorly managed, their staff is rude, and difficult to work with. The property manager acts like everything we do/ask for is an inconvenience and they do not fulfill their promises, and when they do, it is poorly executed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this property management s. After moving out, I received a charge of $421.41 for alleged damages that I am not responsible for. Before moving out, I clearly documented the condition of the apartment and provided photos showing that these issues were already present when I moved in. October, 2025 I have really been enjoying my apartment at Allegro at Tanoan, and I want to thank property manager Johana Ramirez for arranging for replacement appliances when they were needed. She cares about the residents and takes time to address their needs, always greeting everyone with a smile. Thank you very much, Johana! We would give this no stars if possible based on the treatment as tenants during our time at this facility. We are not happy with the way management runs their business. The management communication is nonexistent. They will dodge your calls, emails, and when matters are discussed in person, promises are made but never enforced. We experienced x2 garage break-ins on separate occasions on this property, months apart. It resulted in thousands of dollars worth of damage & loss.
