Allegro Apartments was an easy and comfortable place to live. The building is well maintained, the property manager kind and responsive, and the other residents personable and respectful.
I’ve tried for the second time today to speak with someone because couple days ago I called and nobody answered to me, and I’m trying to find a place! But the front desk person o whatever she does, (answering the phone) is such a rude person, don’t call here, or even try to live there! Such a huge RED FLAG 🚩 and if the owner of this place see this review you should change this person, cause she’s not a good person for costumer service!
I have lived at Allegro for over 3 years now and out of all the apartments I have ever lived in, this one is by far the best. The manager, Theresa, is amazing. She is so on top of things. The maintenance requests get attention within 24 hours sometimes even less. It’s very quiet here and the people are so pleasant. The neighborhood is safe and I feel comfortable here. So many fun restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Have lived here for many years. The property is well-maintained. If something breaks, it gets fixed. The current property manager is fantastic---really cares about doing things right and addressing all concerns. Many upgrades have been made in the past couple of years. Multiple choices are available for your internet service. Great neighborhood.
