These guys are fabulous and always have been. Very friendly and helpful. Rang at 4.30pm on a Thursday with a request to have 21 roses home delivered the next day for my anniversary. Not a problem. The flowers out the front of the store are always wonderful as well. Very reasonably priced with the lilies often still going after 10 days. My go to shop for gifts and flowers all year round.
I’ve been an infrequent but satisfied customer of Allegria Flowers for some years .. the team are always so helpful , the flowers well presented and fresh .. so it was with some confidence that I headed their way last week to purchase some flowers .. and to my surprise , I think they have lifted their offerings to a higher level .. the selection was extensive , the prices were reasonable and the quality of the flowers were magnificent - after a week the majority are still looking great. We were very disappointed with the service provided by Jason. It should not be this difficult to get customer service with a quotation or a written response. 3 weeks ago, we went in store to their Homebush branch to get a quotation for a bouquet we had in mind. The lady in store was very helpful but said she was not allowed to provide us a quote. She advised us to contact Jason via Instagram with our bouquet requirements.
