Allegretti did a superb cleaning of my Nepal wool & silk rug. Then the two nicest men delivered it exactly on time and laid it down under heavy furniture. For me this was a very pleasant experience with Allegretti Rug Care.
Allegretti cleaned two area rugs for me. One rug showed some problems that neither the store nor I could explain the source of, but they generously cleaned it again and I am very happy with the results for both rugs. Their workmanship and pickup/delivery service are very professional and greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Sue for her exemplary customer care. Highly recommend!
