I lived in these apartments for a time. When I first moved in I wanted to move out right away because it was extremely noisy (There is also an echo that makes things worse). The manager insists that it is quiet when you go and look at the place, IT ISNT. Also, washer and dryers are not included, there are only hook ups unless you want to dish out extra cash per month for a set. The manager wants to keep your deposit any way he can.
