This printing shop took my wife’s fine art pen and ink original and completely ruined it! She is in tears. They attempted to scan it on a scanner that was not the correct size and crushed the paper and now she is out $85 and 18 hours of work. Thanks for being absolutely horrible! I have used Allegra before and they were fantastic. This location I would avoid at all costs. They tried to make it right by scanning it again and giving me “free” prints but they came out horrible. See photos attached.
Jeff and Jason are always very responsive and go above and beyond for the Straz Center, often meeting seemingly unreasonably tight deadlines. It's obvious by their service that they actually care about our business. Not something I've encountered often enough after more than 15 years in advertising and marketing.
After 13 years (in my experience) and more for the firm, we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, service and products provided by Allegra.
