I have lived here for 3 years, moved out for 1 year and now I’m coming back, I’m 25 years old I started living here when I was 21 and the building managers welcomed me back with open arms. I truly feel and see this building as my home and safe place, Shirley (building manager) has always been such a genuine beautiful soul to me and I have seen her be to so many other of the residents living in this building. She’s always been real and honest with me, I could not recommend a better apartment building to live and reside in.
Most hideous experience I’ve ever had for a rental. Nosey management, and dishonest. My information was shared without my consent to a 3rd party, I took this all the way to QCAT but the judge wasn’t interested in subpoena documents for proof of this. The place is beautiful but management cannot be trusted.
