I've worked with Allegiant property management for over 3 years now. Reading the reviews definitely sound like tenants who landlord didn't repair the problem or got evicted due to failure of payment. Zina has 3 of my properties under her care. This company has helped me evict tenants who refuse to pay or have breached their contract . If I have a question Zina team has been swift with a response. Look into ANY other property management in the area besides this one ! They never contact you for updates, the manager took their time to respond and what took this company 8 months to “ look into fixing “ at my property for the tenants , I fixed within a week after withdrawing from doing business with them .They let rent payments be missed for months. Absolutely horrible.
