Gary was great at working with me, an (ahem) "older person" who has never been one to work out or go to a gym, recover well from shoulder tendinitis. The exercises he gave me challenged enough to make a steady and pretty fast recovery, but not too much as to discourage me. That pattern helped me begin a moderate workout regimen on my own for general fitness after I was done with therapy...aiming for prevention!

Gary is the best!! He took great care of me and made me push myself to regain strength back in my knee faster then expected. Couldn't have done it without your help, highly recommend to everyone who need Physical Therapy.
