The worst company ever. They held my property vacant for a month without listing it. When I canceled the contract they charged penalty fees. For what ?! Not doing your job at all ? What a sham. Please read through the other reviews. It’s not a good company to work with
This is a sham company. All they do is lie and take fees. They tell you you pass everything except the walk through. They sent the code to the property and 5 minutes later they call and tell you you're not approved. They don't care about the time and energy you put in and the calling of the moving company has to be changed. Isabella assured my application was successful. Don't rent from these people. They were waste of resources and time.
This management group is one of the worst I have had in my experience of renting properties. They do not help the tenants residing in the properties. They rob peoples monies with their late fees, their posting fees, etc. Most days they take days to respond to your calls or texts and when asking to meet with them in the office about important matters they decline or ignore you. TERRIBLE.
