Very professional, cordial, and jmpressive. There were no boundaries, and the inspector went into places unimaginable to get results. She was very clear on her responses and statements, and i was comfortable asking the many questions that would drive anyone crazy. Her sense of humor kept me smiling instead of worrying. She was a joy to have inspect my home. I would use Allegiant home inspectors again for my next house. Also the report was very clear and comprhensive when speaking about the results via telephone and e-mail.

I would recommend using Allegiant Home Inspections to anyone! Our home inspection, which included Radon and wood infestation, was extremely comprehensive and very easy to understand. Karen and Peter are extremely knowledgeable and were happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I called and/or emailed. I would contract Allegiant Home Inspections again in a heartbeat!

It was a great 1st experience being a 1st time home buyer. The Allegiant Inspector was "SUPER-DUPER". This was a long, detailed process beyond my imagination, but the inspector was very methodical and detailed, which is what a consumer would hope for.
