Allegiant home care has been amazing in a very big time of need. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful - especially Ron, when my loved one came out of rehab. He was very attentive and always anticipated our needs.

Why have you sent people to take care of my elderly parent who have no experience and no licenses? This is not safe or professional. One of the people hardly speaks English and smells so strongly of body odor that it’s disturbing. This is so unprofessional. Where are you hiring staff from with zero experience? Why aren’t your employees licensed? This is not safe at all. Shocked.
I’m extremely grateful to the Brooklyn office for the dedication they all had for my mother’s home care service. I’m forever thankful for your attention and caring disposition.
