When I had an issue with my booking there were no agents to be found and after looking for 30 minutes, I found one and she was IMMEDIATELY rude and acting like I was a problem! The customer service here is horrible. This was my first experience with Allegiant and I’m never flying with this airline ever again.
Worst flight experience ever. Will never waste my money with them again. Switched gates without letting anyone know until finally everyone was confused so they finally made an announcement. Then they spent over an hour "deicing" the plane. Never-ending that the truck sprayed us and drove away over a half an hour prior. Every single time I book with allegiant they always have issues. I never have this many issues with literally any other company.
The service has gone downhill in the past 2 years. What used to be a pleasant budget airline has become terribly rude gate agents, customer service and constant late departure and arrivals. Its not worth saving the $10 over southwest.
