They canceled our flight and was able to help us rebook. It was not a great experience. Go with a more reputable airline.

Delayed for something with the fuel, delayed again, flight cancelled, promised $200 visa giftcard compensation, denied compensation then offered meal voucher, then denied meal voucher, new flight next morning, flight delayed, flight departed although no one ever boarded? Flight finally takes off, missed work

The absolute worst experience. Came to the airport 2 hours early only to be delayed four times and had to move gates. Then told finally around ten o'clock that the flight would not be leaving and would be delayed until the next day. No reimbursements, no help with this, on the phone waiting for hours just be be told there's was nothing they could do. Complete run around. Passengers complained and airline gave a 25 dollar credit to a future flight. As if anyone would fly with them again. Now still waiting at airport. Been her... read more

Can I give less than 1 star? Worst airline out there. We have been lied to, rescheduled, cancelled, shuffled to another gate, denied compensation, then 24 hours later, we are back sitting at the gate with no plane and no realistic time frame. Already an hour late. They have the audacity to pay that we have departed while we are all still stopping at the gate. I am trying to get to my mother's funeral and this company has already made me miss the viewing. Right now I'm just trying to stay off the no fly list.
