Flight delayed over 2 hours… “mechanical issues/staff shortage”. Finely get on board sitting in row 15 right behind exit row with only 1 person asked to move. Was told only if I paid for it …. What about I paid to leave over 2 hours earlier??
Awful experience. The flight was delayed today from 5:25pm until tomorrow at 10:30am. They refused to provide a meal voucher and said to call the customer service number. Customer service said they do that at the counter at the airport. The lack of customer service and lack of helpfulness is disappointing. Their online written policy states that for any delay over 3 hours, they will provide a meal voucher.
