Landed in FLL and Allegiant lost our stroller over 2 years ago, no one at the gate did anything to help me after I was told i would receive a follow up call the next day since out flight was delayed (shocker) and it was very late. Called and sent several emails, never received a call back. Needless to say I was never reimbursed for the stroller.
