The facility is clean and accessible with a wide variety of equipment, and my access to the facility is possible because I work with one of the trainers (there are other options for access if you go to the website). Some days can be quite busy, but most of the time, equipment is readily available with minimal distraction. Everyone who trains here takes fitness seriously. I've had several trainers but none have compared to Kyra Myers at Allegiance! Before training with her, I lacked the will power to work out due to every day life and injuries. When I found her, she took into consideration my injuries and limitations and ensured she created a program that would work best for me. Never been to the facility and don’t plan on it but her business is plastered on her white Jeep. She was going 60 in the fast lane and wouldn’t get over. No one in front of her:)
