The absolute WORST title company we've ever dealt with. We've got a file with them (a novation deal where we're the assignor) where we specifically asked beforehand if they're able to work with such transactions. Do not work with them They send a check out, without the owners consent after she said she would pick it up N said they can't do nothing about it n cant fine no information about the check, unless they request it smh... That bullshit! Its there money n have no idea where their checks go n get cashed out... smh That was really irresponsible of their part Dnt work with them!
