I recently had an interaction with staff of this facility that are taking care of my mother. While I'm in Colorado, my mother reports being treated like God and you all take really good care of her. It is nice to know that even though I am away there are places to go that can support her.

First it’s DIRTY. There clearly is no janitorial service. Second, no signature all. Nowhere on the building does it say the name. I called and was told she in cali. She had to transfer me to get the 3rd floor is the hospital. Third the staff is rude and busy on the phone. I was told my infant was not allowed in because it’s unsanitary. If it’s too unsanitary for a child why would I leave my loved one with respiratory issues there. This is a place where people send their loved ones to die. I am helping a dear friend who had a stroke and was transferred from Jackson University Hospital to this Greenville long term hospital. I just got involved and so far I have heard very negative things about this place. How could you, such a prestigious medical facility call a patient's 18 year old son and ask him, "when will you pick up your mom, event hough she's in coma with a tracheotomy, can't talk or much if anything else; and take her home because she has no insurance and she needs to go home?"
