SOOOOOOO, funny thing, the owner, ex owner, whatever he wants to call himself, whined about my original rating which, btw, was originally a 3 out of 5 star rating with NO COMMENTS AT ALL! But after being accused of leaving a 1 star rating and supposedly "bashing" the company, I decided that it was only fair to not make him a liar and take my ORIGINAL 3 out of 5 star rating down (which I have a pic of, lol) and to make his whining accurate. My Husband and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company. The ladies in the office are wonderful, helpful, and caring. Thank you Allegiance Staff!
Decent Customer service means well. however make sure you read your contract through and through and ask for all information upon talking to company move out policy. Talked to them two weeks prior about moving out they gave me no information and now because I didn't go in and give them a final notice that day I now have to pay an entire months rent and I'm not even going to be in the building. on top of that they couldn't fix a fan that they knew was messed up upon move in and reminded every 6 months.
