Payed $400 for deep clean before turning the keys but somehow I was still charge $570 for a “deep cleaning”. Told them multiple time about how the house has no gutter so when it rains the water just collects and builds mold. But some how I got charge for that too. Replaced the air filter the day I left and somehow got charge for that. Cut the grass literally the day I left but got charged $250 for that also. Long story short stay away for these people. Hate seeing the negative reviews. We had a great experience with all involved. Shelia was always professional with us as we were with her! Thanks for a great house and a quick return of our deposit.
My husband and I rented a house/townhome for just about 2 years. When the seller decided to sell his house we were 5 months away from moving into our house being built. Sheila was very understanding and compassionate about our situation. At one point I double payed the rent on their portal and she spent over an hour on the phone trying to get it cancelled. Both my husband and I appreciate her customer service and have had a positive experience with Allegiance.
Please listen to the reviews regarding Sheila Marchman’s character. She is untrustworthy and greedy. We took very good care of our rental and left the place immaculate. We do not have pets and were only in the home for a little over a year. Shelia will not do the walkout inspection with you because she wants to make sure she can lie about the property after you leave. She makes up damages and if she can’t prove them she charges “excessively” high fees for the move out. She charged us over $100 for new keys and $550 for what ... read more
