There are so many positive things to say about Alex at Allegiance. She handled the transfer of my 2 rentals from my old property manager to Allegiance with the skill of a true professional. She took care of tenant notification and transfer of deposits as a expert. The Happiness Guarantee in the Property Agreement shows her confidence. I would highly recommend Allegiance to anyone looking for a property manager.
