You know it's going to be a good company when it's one property manager giving another property manager a 5 star review. Gabe and his team at Allegiance are so easy and great to work with. It's been exceptionally hard to find help with some properties in the Sacramento area that I can't manage myself. This company doesn't do background checks on homeowners houses they are renting out. They moved people into the house before the check had cleared and it took over six months without collecting any rent to get them out. DO NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional!
