This property management company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Before we moved out, we cleaned the whole house really well. But before giving back our deposit, they still charged us $300 for cleaning. If I knew they were going to do that, I wouldn’t have spent time cleaning and just left it as it was. They also took almost a month to return our deposit. This might be long but if you’re a tenant looking to rent please read. At first we had a pleasant interaction with the staff of the company. We viewed a location and they answered all questions and were very friendly. But as soon as we applied and paid the fees the unit we applied to was closed less than 12 hours after we applied and given to another person. This property management is this worst I have ever had, shouldn't be in business, and definitely doesn't deserve even 1 star!!! I would never recommend this property management. Call the business phone number and only get a call center and later get a text from someone. Yep... that's right... you get a text message. Requested service for the sprinkler lines not working, they sent someone out weeks later to identify what is wrong, but still have not fixed the issue. They don't even take care of the lawn per rental agreement. ... read more
Working with APM, until they very end was one of the worst experiences I've had as a renter. I'll spare the details, but I would avoid at all costs.
I have been trying to talk to Gabe for 20 days and he still has not gotten back to me. Terrible service
