You know it's going to be a good company when it's one property manager giving another property manager a 5 star review. Gabe and his team at Allegiance are so easy and great to work with. This company doesn't do background checks on homeowners houses they are renting out. They moved people into the house before the check had cleared and it took over six months without collecting any rent to get them out. DO NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional!
I found my current rental through APM and have worked with Adam since the beginning. He has been very responsive to any issues we have had with the house. He is very professional and friendly. I would recommend APM to anyone looking to rent or use them as PM company.
Gabe and Adam are always helpful and kind. Great property management company.
