This is whats wrong with this industry. Instead of being upfront and honest about not knowing how to fix an inverter he just charges you a $250. diagnostic fee and stretches things out for months until you have to find someone else to actually fix the problem. He still wants the money for no real services rendered. Total scam artist!

As we told you up front there is a minimum of a one hour diagnostic fee and a service call fee that you agreed to. Due to the warranty issues we must first contact your ** dealership to explain the issue and get authorization.
