I received good care from the crew that arrived for my emergency to transport me to the hospital. On the other hand, the company will turn you over to collection, even when making agreed upon monthly payments that are being auto-debited each month. To make things worse, the amount they turned over to collection is $500 more than what I owe them. So far I have been unable to find anyone to talk to who knows what is going on. 5 stars for the crew, 1 star for the company

I was going through EMT certification, and Allegiance is paired up with the EMS school I was attending, so I did my rideouts with Allegiance. The whole experience was unbelievably bad. Their facility is disgusting, run-down, and unsanitary, every vehicle I rode in was poorly maintained and dangerous, and the EMTs I rode with were some of the most poorly-trained people I've been around. I recently underwent a surgical procedure. I’m actually writing from the hospital. I had to undergo a second. Jackie is the worst EMT i’ve ever met. I had the displeasure of having her, and another nice gentleman named Caleb from Allegiance Mobile Health transport me from one hospital to the next because I needed a specialist. It was a 15 minute mapped drive. They arrived an hour and a half late (which became apparent why later) and took an hour to deliver me. This company sucks !! We need our mom transported from the hospital to home after she broke her leg . . After waiting 5 hours on them. The two EMT almost dropped my mom when moving her from the bed to the stretcher. Then the one driving passed the house and had to back down the street. Then when getting her from the stretcher to her bed they almost dropped her again. This is all happening at midnight . I will never use this company again . They truly need to be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!
