I was going through EMT certification, and Allegiance is paired up with the EMS school I was attending, so I did my rideouts with Allegiance. The whole experience was unbelievably bad. Their facility is disgusting, run-down, and unsanitary, every vehicle I rode in was poorly maintained and dangerous, and the EMTs I rode with were some of the most poorly-trained people I've been around. I recently underwent a surgical procedure. I’m actually writing from the hospital. I had to undergo a second. Jackie is the worst EMT i’ve ever met. I had the displeasure of having her, and another nice gentleman named Caleb from Allegiance Mobile Health transport me from one hospital to the next because I needed a specialist. It was a 15 minute mapped drive. They arrived an hour and a half late (which became apparent why later) and took an hour to deliver me. This company sucks !! We need our mom transported from the hospital to home after she broke her leg . . After waiting 5 hours on them. The two EMT almost dropped my mom when moving her from the bed to the stretcher. Then the one driving passed the house and had to back down the street. Then when getting her from the stretcher to her bed they almost dropped her again. This is all happening at midnight . I will never use this company again . They truly need to be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!

Zero stars if I could. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOURE GOING TO WORK 911. This place has the worse management I've experienced. They rather have Medics crashing ambulances than give two hours of downtime. Every EMT there is underpaid and overworked. The main manager always gets into inappropriate relationships with his emts(girls). The only time you hear from supervisor is when they want to yell at you. This place is a life sucking trap.

My family and I love Dr.Shelly. She has seen my oldest son since he was six months old and he is now 11 and now my six year old. If you want a doctor that will actually listen to you and care about what is going on then you need a Dr.Shelly in your life! I can not say enough about this office, from the front desk ladies to the nurses.
