I want to commend the EMTs and paramedics—they were kind, professional, and provided excellent care. My concern is with the ambulance, not the crew. The air conditioning wasn't working, and I received no pain medication during transport. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve patient care and comfort.

My mother was transported from Corpus Christi to Houston on May 16, 2026. Jo was her EMT for the trip. The team showed compassion and made her trip a wonderful experience

An individual Timea Griffin associated with your company made false statements that were documented in a police report. This is not just unprofessional, it’s harmful. She’s also made racial comments and it’s concerning that she has a persons life in her hands and feels the way she does about the Hispanic culture. I expect your company to take responsibility and investigate the conduct of your staff.

Just saw one of their ambulances pass up a school bus in Bayou Vista that was unloading kids and had their stop signs out! Absolutely appalling as an ambulance service

Man & young woman with Allegiance Mobile health transported my husband from Houston Methodist, The Woodlands, to our home in Montgomery Tx. He has dementia/Parkinson's/ and had surgery Wednesday for a fractured hip. When they arrived the guy handed me a box to carry in, which was an unassembled bedside toilet. When they transferred him inside they practically threw him in his chair, landing crooked, which they left him in that position.
