Kayla is an awesome doctor, she is very understanding and will go above and beyond to try and help you any way you can.
They claim to do walk-in appointments, but that is a complete lie!! Never was i able to get myself or my kids in on a walk in even when we are extremely sick they like to say "I don't know go to the urgent care " like that really shows they care for their patients. But if they call to have to reschedule because of there on reasons, it suppose to be ok! I have been seeing Dr Joudeh for 20+ years. He diagnosed me with CHF early and probably saved my life. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will give you all the time necessary.
HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF DISABLED VETERAN The office manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was referred to Allegiance Medical of Dequincy through the VA. After I was seen, I received a bill. I called to inform them that the VA was responsible for payment. The person I spoke with stated she would contact their billing department and get back to me.
