Allegiance has extremely poor communication skills, they do not inform their staff of scheduled appointments neither do they inform their clients. Allegiance will blame the client for their overlapping of services when they are the ones who changed the schedule. They also complain when the client has to use their mechanical lifts and bathroom when needing to go to the bathroom while they clean. The client has the right to be toileted when needed.
