We hired Allegiance to install a heat welded vinyl floor for our business. I was very clear on the installation that was needed and showed the manager and installer examples at our facility that they simply needed to match. They changed the installation around a drain without consulting with me. When asked to finish the job properly they have refused and only offered unacceptable solutions. The owner Frank promised to come by and look, but he never did. The material is now coming up and he has refused to offer service.
