I only give reviews if they are earned and deserved and I’ve already given 5 stars before but if I could give a million I would. Dr. Hoch treats me with so much respect and is always looking out for my best interest. He is very honest and upfront and he really knows how to calm my anxiety. Today I had a tooth extracted and his helper held my hand the whole time to help keep me calm while making sure everything stayed clean in my mouth. Sharing my experience again as the business found a way to remove my review from months prior. My experience at this dental office was not great. While the hygienist and dental assistant (Beatrice!) were professional and did a thorough job, the rest of the visit left a lot to be desired. I waited over 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation or update.
