Terrible customer service. They are so unbelievably unhelpful and rude. I have ran into problem after problem with this company and I literally have only enrolled in the reimbursement program which is a VERY straightforward system. I can't even imagine what it's like having this company for your insurance.

Terrible company do not use. Allegiance denied my one and only claim. and has pushed me around and been extremely difficult to contact anyone to talk to about my claim. They only take written requests. I had some dental work done. and submitted my claim and so has the dental office multiple times.I had called before having the work done and discussed it in depth with Allegiance representative shianne on what my responsibility would be. At no time did there representative inform me of any time table.
