First of all I wish this review allowed me to put negative stars, but I had to choose 1 to let me rate this horrible place! My father was sent here by his rest home to be assessed for behavioral medication adjustments. Do not, I repeat do not let your loved one come here! I watched my father deteriorate in one short week. According to the facility, my father had 3 falls in 5 days. The last fall shattered his hip, an injury he never recovered from. In fact, he died less than six weeks later.
