The 1st EMT began to lecture me about my mask not letting me breathe, to which I explained why, but she was very argumentive. Finally got in the ambulance and the driver goes the wrong way to the hospital, I told them that they were going the wrong way. The 1st EMT said we are not a taxi, to which she made the comment about dropping me off!! My blood pressure by this time was high. When we finally get to the hospital she begins to apologize. I have unfortunately had to use Allegiance twice. However I am happy they sent out Allegiance Mobile Health both time. They were quick to get me. I live near Cassell Boykin boat ramp and camping park. They took great care of me personally. I will have my care giver request them if I ever need an ambulance again.

I had to call 911 last night for my mother and the paramedics that came out were awesome. Very gentle with my 78 year old mother. Took time to explain what they were doing to her and made sure I was comfortable. I Pray if I ever need an ambulance it will be this one and hopefully it will be the same young men. God Bless you all and again thank you
