They come to my home and my son is with hospice and Was dying of advanced liver failure and he was a big guy yeah but the way they look at him that like they didn’t want to bring him to the hospital and then when they get him outside, they slam his foot in the door and he had to have stitches when he got to the hospital because of them they hurt my son. They were nice kind of, but when my husband got to the hospital they had to sit with them for 3 hours and I was not allowed to go back there. He was laying in urine the whole time I don't know if that is the fault of the ambulance people that he did tell that he had to use the bathroom or was it the people at the ER. Who's ever fault that it was was very much uncalled for I really do believe that the ambulance guys should have said something or done something. My son had both his bones in his left hand completely broken apart. We were at Excel ER in Nacogdoches and this ambulance service was used to transfer him to Texas Children’s hospital in Houston. He was on pain meds and was supposed to have a qualified Trauma EMT on board. Instead as I rode along in the anmb I found out there were two basic techs that could not administer pain medication or could not do many things if he had gone into shock. The 1st EMT began to lecture me about my mask not letting me breathe, to which I explained why, but she was very argumentive. Finally got in the ambulance and the driver goes the wrong way to the hospital, I told them that they were going the wrong way. The 1st EMT said we are not a taxi, to which she made the comment about dropping me off!! My blood pressure by this time was high. When we finally get to the hospital she begins to apologize. I have unfortunately had to use Allegiance twice. However I am happy they sent out Allegiance Mobile Health both time. They were quick to get me. I live near Cassell Boykin boat ramp and camping park. They took great care of me personally. I will have my care giver request them if I ever need an ambulance again.
