I love my new alarm. The gentleman that helped me were very thorough. It feels nice when I leave my house knowing that it's safe and secure. I would definitely tell my friends and family about this company
everytime I try to call, the mailbox is full. When I actually am able to leave a message, Kaylee never calls back. I've called multiple times at four different instances the past 2 years and nothing changes. Either hire more billing customer service people or get a bigger voicemail box!
