I took time off from work and had scheduled a showing. I showed up seven minutes late and was told that they had texted and called me (which they hadn’t). They also said that they had just left a minute before but refused to come back.

The absolute worst! Recently moved out of one their properties. Previously had lived there for almost two years and it was wonderful. As soon as Allegheny Partners took over it everything went to hell. Zero concern over tenant's safety, repeated and unaddressed maintenance issues, rodents, water leaks, I could keep going. They have become Roanoke's slum lords.

I lived in Roanoke for two consecutive years and found Allegheny Partners to be professional, friendly, and always willing to help. If I move back to Roanoke in the future, I will definitely contact them again. Thank you.

Update January 4th 2026 — Brandon Hall continues to provide awesome service and an outstanding quality of life at the Locker Room Lofts. We have two beautiful and massive glass doors at the main entrance that needed to be repaire or replaced. Brandon had them replaced with even better doors. He had them replaced with a system that goes from in-ground closers to overhead closers-eliminating the problems that created the issues on the previous doors.
