Update January 4th 2026 — Brandon Hall continues to provide awesome service and an outstanding quality of life at the Locker Room Lofts. We have two beautiful and massive glass doors at the main entrance that needed to be repaire or replaced. Brandon had them replaced with even better doors. He had them replaced with a system that goes from in-ground closers to overhead closers-eliminating the problems that created the issues on the previous doors. Brandon Hall has been a phenomenal Building Manager and brings together the entire Locker Room Lofts experience! He went out of his way to find me on my move in day and helped me with some key questions about the building. He asked me about some of my favorite amenities and we spoke about how much I loved swimming. He later told me he remembered our conversation and was working to adjust the temperature of the pool for a warmer and more comfortable experience. My husband and I love Allegheny Partners! We started off at The Hancock in a tiny, but fully equipped unit. By the time we upgraded to a bigger unit Madeleine came onboard and she was just an absolute delight. She was so helpful and so kind, just an absolute doll. We've moved to The Crossings and I feel we're paying a fair price for what we've got. The property manager here, Brandon, is very helpful and super friendly. He's been on the ball! Overall I really appreciate Allegheny Partners!
I’ve rented from them twice. The first time was not that great, however the second time was really good. The main reason it was really good is because of our property manager, Madeleine. She was so helpful with everything we needed. She was always kind, always very transparent and was responsive when we needed to communicate anything with her.
