This review is for the operation of the office, appointment scheduling, and absolutely horrible patient service on the phones. I had a successful back injection that finally eliminated my back pain at the end of September. The next day, I broke my leg in multiple places. I then had to have surgery and was immobilized for 6 weeks, so I canceled my follow up appointment until I could walk.
