There was a time this place held integrity. It use to have top notch staff from executives down to the maintenance people. I feel sorry for the parents that have to rely on this corporation. I've watched children sit on wait lists just to be turned away because someone wasn't a favorite of theirs to be alotted in a pre K. Unexpected closures of the classrooms without explanations. The agency itself needs thoroughly investigated.

So unfortunately, AIU Tarentum office specifically Paul doesn't want or doesn't do his job at this office. I love the teachers and they are amazing. They have gone above and beyond their job as teachers. As for Paul to be here to assist parents with their needs with the child they having attending AIU had been nothing but horrible experiences. He doesn't communicate and does care not one bit about what you or your children are going through. It's saddens me to know that he is there to help assist parents.

Had pearson vue test scheduled and they decided to close with no notice. I have to give 24 hours notice to reschedule, but not anyone else apparently.
