The owner of this establishment has been in the jewelry making buisness his entire life. He's very knowledgeable and genuine in answering any questions you may have. He gave me an excellent price on an engagement ring plus wedding rings for my fiance and I. After 4 months of wearing her engagement ring while working as a server in a busy restaurant one of the diamonds fell out of the engagement ring. Mark is so wonderful to work with and wants to make sure you leave with exactly what you want. I just upgraded my wedding band set - Mark listened and offered his expertise without being pushy or salesy. Also my set upgrade and resize was completed super fast! I will always go to Mark for any jewelry in the future!
I've worked with Mark on multiple occasions where I had a picture or an idea of what I wanted and he was able to create a piece that turned out exactly as I had hoped. He's very knowledgeable, able to answer any question, his work is completed when promised, and his prices are very fair. Will definitely be back!
I had a custom anniversary ring made for my wife from my wedding band. I brought in a diamond I purchased and he walked me through the process of picking a design that suits the stone. It took a couple weeks to get back and I still can’t get over how amazing it turned out. By far way better than I could imagine. Mark in my opinion is the best in the area and I highly recommend going and seeing him if you’re in the market or thinking about it for the future.
