Very disappointed in the flower bouquet ordered for my mother’s birthday. I called to place my order with Tina for the “Colorfulness” arrangement displayed on their website. She told they may not have some of the flowers shown, so I was fine with a few substitutions. I also asked about using the basket for the bouquet as shown in the photo on their website and was told they would be in a basket as shown. I do not live in the area and wanted to send my mom some flowers for her 69th birthday. The ladies we so patient over the phone with me and gave me an amazing price on the perfect birthday bouquet. They are over the top friendly and even though I called and bothered them ALOT about my delivery ( because I wanted it to go perfect) they were ALWAYS polite and professional.
