Terrible place to bank, stay as far away and keep your money safe!
I have been trying for several days to speak to a representative in the Penn Hills office. No one answers the phone!! why?? I have left several messages and not one person responds. Why??
Two shout-outs - Keith in the Wexford office went above and beyond when I was trying to close an account - following up, letting me know what happened and when the situation changed. I appreciated his patience and his commitment to customer service! Bailey in the Southside office was so helpful in navigating my situation - she tried a few things, was knowledgeable about options, and then remembered me when I saw her at a different branch later. A pleasure to work with her!
Much better than the office in Wexford. The staff is friendly, professional and works great together as a team even on a Saturday! The only drawback from my only visit there was that the parking lot is horribly small.
