Person at the front desk was very rude. Nov 19, 2024 at 10:20 am. Also they want you to see technicians and not a real doctor, but send your results to a remote doctor to read everything, even though that's not a proper "exam" at all. Go elsewhere!
This is no longer Allegheny Optical. The new name is MyEyeDr and thecorporate entity feel is palpable. Since Allegheny was purchased by this company, I've been bombarded by phone calls, text messages and emails hassling me to come in for an eye exam that's not due (I run on every other year, not an annual schedule). When I finally did go in for a routine exam, the staff was unbelievably disorganized.
