Called and spoke with an employee by the name of Savannah or Anna who was the most helpful and understanding person. She worked hard to come up with a solution quickly for the problem I was having. Hire more people like her vs the other lady I spoke with previously by the name of Patti who was rude and treated me like I wasn’t not a person
I have Medicare and cannot be balance billed but they are still trying to charge me over $200 for an X-ray that insurance already paid over $400 for..... And I still cannot be balance billed.... Which they ALREADY KNOW..... And good luck contacting somebody. I guess I'll see them at the end of the earth, but they still ain't getting paid.
