5 stars based on my 2nd experience being here only! If it wasn't for the night staff in the ER, I would have rated this hospital zero. The day staff nurses were awful. Jeanette and Sheila. I was sent there by the health department with my kids to get the rabies vaccines for bat exposure. They started by telling me the hrig shots given with the initial dose was "very very painful" and wanted me to be more informed about what I was doing there. Currently sitting in an exam room while writing this. Came in for a work injury and knew I'd need a x-ray. That was fast and the dr came in around the time they told me it would take and said will get your discharge papers to you here shortly. That was now an hour ago and still no paperwork, about to walk oit of here because I can't wait all night for 2 pieces of paperwork. Another update: 5-4-26 After multiple phone calls and going back and forth with a bill, we paid it, they reversed it, we got another bill the next month my husband called on it, they told us to disregard that it was an error on their end, the following month got another bill. Now they are saying we still owe this. Even spoke to a manager he listened to the phone call and literally admitted that the employee said we were fine, and still said but we still owe the 100. Dollars. I said no we were told it was their mistake that m... read more
