I went in to ER after a fall which fractured my ankle. The staff was wonderful: professional, warm, knowledgeable and there was no wait. Thankful for this care so close to home.
I went in to clinic in June needing prior authorization for tens unit. Brought all info. Nothing happened I must have called twice a week til my next appt. Which was Sept. Then I mentioned it again. More phone calls never any call backs again. I called a couple of days ago. Mind you this is 6 months after I gave them all the info. She said the doctor has to see me for another appt. My d.i.l. is in there for pain while being pregnant and the Dr there tells her he doesn't have the equipment to do an ultra sound and he can't do anything for her until the main lobby opens tomorrow morning she is pregnant and in pain what the hell is wrong with Drs today.
My husband received quick and great care at the ER after an accident. Thank you for what you all do
