Come on, fix your call handling system! Twenty minutes waiting just to ask to be transferred to pediatrics (and they didn't answer, twice). Set up direct lines or a better way to reach various departments via the call prompt. Our Pediatrician (Dr. Franzen) is great but this is ridiculous. Update 2/25/2026: Allegan has changed names (Beacon) again and we're back to square one on calling in and getting ahold of anyone. IT'S FASTER TO DRIVE IN AND MAKE APPOINTMENTS IN PERSON. UPDATE: WE HAVENT WENT TO THIS DISGUSTING HOSPITAL IN A WHILE AND STILL FIGHTING WITH BILLING. FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS DONE A YEAR AGO. WE PAID IT THEY REFUNDED IT AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BLAME MY BANK FOR IT AND SAID WE STILL OWE!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR!!! Worst customer service ever I've went from 4 to 6 then 1st to second To first now 22 minutes later no answer Do not recommend what's so ever I understand business not this crap
I went to the walk in clinic with pain near my ear and into my nose, that gave me headaches and ear aches and teeth pain. The doctor I had seen said she did not know what it was but will send me something to my pharmacy. I did not take that medication instead i got a second opinion from a different walk in clinic who sent me to an ent and had xrays done. But these doctors just trying to give meds for anything.
