I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Kim T... is the most unprofessional person in the position she holds in my opinion. I am appalled to hear that she has literally yelled and screamed at the daughter of one of the residents there right after her father passed away...this is totally unacceptable and is the most unprofessional behavior from an administrative person!!
I cannot say enough positives about the staff here. The entire staff are very professional and caring. They communicate all care concerns regarding my parents, in a timely and caring fashion. The first thing I noticed upon the initial tour was there was no smell. It did not "smell like an adult care facility" as we had encountered with all others. The residents are all treated as if they were family. This is an excellent community of care professionals. We feel blessed to have our parents in their hands!
Took amazing care of my Father In Law. No bedsores, no problems, very caring and loving staff.
Absolutely no diversity with staff and you can feel the awkwardness.
Couldn't ask for a better group of Nurses and Cena's to work with!
