Therapist's are supposed to help you, but the one named Hailey transfered a patient two weeks before their next appointment so when they showed up to thier appointment, they were told they were let go. That they had been transfered to another. No one from our apartments will ever be having Hailey as a therapist. She has lost our trust and respect.
I can't really say how their services are, but I've spoken to tons of people throughout my life, and no one has ever made me feel the way Katrice did today. I felt completely at peace in body, soul, and mind while chatting with her. She's definitely the go-to person for crises, and I really wish she could be my therapist!! You made an impact on me today, and that's something not many people can do!

Would give a zero but not an option. Onpoint does not have the experience to work with trauma children. They are in the business of making things worse with no action to help. Don't send your children here
