I was a new patient... Met everybody once... Tried to call back cause I was HAVING A PROBLEM, get sent to the DOCTOR'S voicemail and they NEVER called back! I waited WEEKS!!!
Ms. Potter is the ONLY reason (thus far) is why this place is getting a 5 star. My daughter is on the spectrum as an adult and this women went above and beyond to assist my daughter to directly get my grandson the care needed! KUDOS! Give this women a RAISE!
Only a 1 star because 0 isn't an option!!!! Don't take your teen here who is struggling with anger issues and depression. I was a parent that did so. My son explained to them everything going on in his head and it has been a month and still no help from them. If you call your pretty much ignored and told their is a waiting list. Waiting list!!!!! Seriously what would have happened if my child was suicidal!!!!!! Whose fault is it then, the parent or the unorganized organization when something happens???
Nice staff wonderful therapists and Drs I had nothing but good experience with them
