If you live in a deed restricted community getting this company to follow the restrictions is nearly impossible. They started the project before their plans were approved by the board. They continue to have violations as to work times daily. We happen to have a 7 am to 7 pm restriction seven days a week and is constantly violated. Their dumpsters are overflowing and trash spews everywhere. Follow the deed restrictions.
