I will never go back because of Jen C. She is by far the rudest healthcare professional I have ever met in my life. No empathy and just flat out rude and nasty told me directly she would not look into my health record Or help me, as I told her I was a first time mom who was scared about my health.. then when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up on me.
Alle Kiski Medical Associates is a prime example of everything wrong with modern primary care: disengaged providers, rude and obstructive staff, and a complete lack of organization that turns basic medical needs into a frustrating, time-consuming mess. The front desk and phone staff are not just unhelpful. They are actively hostile.
