Being out of state homeowners, it is quite the challenge when your tenants notify you that there is a serious leak. Our plumber referred us to AllDone Construction to handle the mitigation. We never even heard of such a thing before. Thank you, James - for everything.
We just finished mitigation with All Done Construction and we had a great overall experience. They were great with communication and were punctual till the very end. Highly recommend!
All Done was extremely prompt and fixed our ceiling/drywall in the kitchen and one of our guest rooms within 24 hours of calling them. Brandon and Romeo were efficient and even helped me removed a wall mount that was bolted into the wall! 10/10 would recommend!
Brandon and his team were quick to get things demoed after some flooding, but once that was done and after 3 months since the incident, they still had not submitted a repair estimate to my insurance. I was ghosted for over a month and after many calls/texts, I finally switched to a different company to do the repair work on my bathroom.
