Do not contract them. They have unlicensed workers doing important jobs such as plumbing and HVAC. They did not input the water heater up to Illinois code. They did a house flip where they have the furnace and water heater sharing the same exhaust and fresh air vent which is ILLEGAL. The entire home was not caulked and alot of the floor tiles were not laid properly. The owner obviously does not accept accountability.
