I came in with a toothache and they could not get my insurance to work so I ended up paying cash and set up a date to come back when my insurance was under control...they never called me bavk even after I called them twice and they promised me they would...then they would not extend the medication for me a week until my next appointment when they were supposed to extract...needless to say they lost my service...
